How We Work

We believe in partnering with the local church in equipping His people for the works of the Kingdom (Ephesians 4:11-13).

We do this in several ways:

  • We assist churches in identifying their missional purpose in their own community.

  • We assist church leaders in ways to identify and disciple emerging leaders.

  • We provide tools for discipleship and mentoring so the church is an active participant in the development of the leader.

  • We help churches be a discipling church, a receiving church, and then a sending forth church.
