How We Work
We believe in partnering with the local church in equipping His people for the works of the Kingdom (Ephesians 4:11-13).
We do this in several ways:
We assist churches in identifying their missional purpose in their own community.
We assist church leaders in ways to identify and disciple emerging leaders.
We provide tools for discipleship and mentoring so the church is an active participant in the development of the leader.
We help churches be a discipling church, a receiving church, and then a sending forth church.
